This bright and spacious 150 m² apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It is finished to a high standard, featuring marble floors, double glazing, central air conditioning and heating – offering comfort all year round.

The living room is elegantly furnished and opens onto a large south-facing terrace through full-height sliding glass doors. Here you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the shimmering Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to its elevated and sunny position, the terrace is ideal for relaxing breakfasts or romantic dinners at sunset. The other 2 terraces have mountainviews, so you can choose for sun or shadow.

There are three comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom All bedrooms have direct access to a terrace. All bathrooms have shower and/or bath.
